I bought this 3 knife set on cyber Monday and am thrilled to pieces with it. If you’re new to knives, read the care instructions on the back of the package to learn how to keep them in top shape. Any knife will have some oxidation if not properly cared for. I have had no problems with oxidation on any of the Linoroso knives. Great buy!

This is an excellent set of important knives for the kitchen. They arrive nicely-packaged in an excellent box - perfect for gifting, even if to yourself. Each of these knives is surprisingly light weight and superbly balanced. Straight out of the box, they are razor sharp. They cut meats and veggies cleanly and easily.

Although the handles of the chef's knife and the santoku are about the same length, I find the handle of the santoku to be too long for my liking. There is an additional 1/4" difference so I can't get the handle swell to sit comfortably with my finger also right next to the blade. However, this is more on how I choose to work the knife. I do not have this problem with the paring or chef's knife. Overall though, this is a nice set of sharp, well-made knives that are beautiful as well as functional.

Being heavily involved in food both work at work and home...knives are a big deal to me. This set isn't top grade, but it's definitely a good one to work with all the time. The handles are very comfortable in my smaller hands and are well balanced. I do have some pretty expensive knives I mostly only use for show, but mainly need some for every day use that are still really good quality...and these definitely fit that category. So far, they have held their edge well.....and lately I've been cutting quite a bit of meat for an event I do.....I"ve put them through a good bit of work the past couple of weeks and they've performed really well. They will be replacing some others I've had for a while in fact. The handles are decent - nothing special in material but nice looking and heavy. The steel seems good so far and they clean easily enough. They would also make a good gift if you have any cooks or foodies in your life.
