I love all the Cento products, especially the ones that use the San Marzano tomatoes.. a very rich flavor. The Tomatoes always look fresh & intact & I like the consistency of them. Once the tomatoes have been pureed, the flavor naturally enhances. My sauce is always a hit & I attribute the flavor to the tomatoes & how it is prepared. However, not many stores carry Cento products, so I usually buy them online. They cost a little more than other brands, but in my opinion it’s well worth the few extra cents. Specialty stores like a Whole Foods will usually carry Cento products. As a very satisfied customer, I highly recommend any of the Cento products to anyone …and believe me, everyone who has eaten my pasta with sauce has asked me what I use & how I made it! I always recommend Cento with San Marzano Tomatoes!!

Cento is the best Canned tomatoes I have ever had and the paste is amazing as well. If what ever you cook requires anything with tomatoes or tomato paste, use this brand. It comes from Italy from a place full of volcanic ash where they are grown. Delicious. When you get it, it comes out of Brooklyn NY and takes a while to get delivered so stock up if you can. Well worth the price and time it takes to get in. Wonderful in any Italian dish or pizza. Even great to make a red sauce.

Got my Italian relative to teach me the secret red sauce recipe that our family loves. We make enough to freeze. This is the brand of tomato paste and also the brand for the tomato puree they use to make the sauce ( found in the southern grocery stores). I found it at a good price on amazon for the 4 pack. We only make the sauce now about 4 times a year, but it freezes well and thus we wanted to keep the supplies on hand for the next time we need to make sauce. Homemade sauce is best and the flavor from this paste is wonderful.
