Ingredients

  • 3 chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¾ tsp salt (adjust to your taste)
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning or dried oregano
  • Optional: lemon juice or fresh herbs

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Lightly pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness. Place the chicken in a baking dish and rub it with olive oil.
  • In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and oregano.
  • Sprinkle the seasoning evenly over both sides of the chicken.
  • Bake uncovered for 18–22 minutes, or until fully cooked. Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Remove from the oven and rest for 5 minutes.
