Instructions

  • To make coconut snowball cookies no bake, first measure the ingredients and them aside. Also keep extra desiccated coconut in a shallow container for snowball cookies rolling.
  • Now mix two cups desiccated coconut, sweet condensed milk, and vanilla essence in large mixing bowl. Mix everything well and evenly well. The dough should be thick and sticky.
  • If the mixture feels too sticky to handle, refrigerate it for 15–20 minutes. This makes rolling the cookies easier. (optional)
  • Take out small portions from the dough (about a tablespoon). Make small sized balls, that can be easily bitten, using your palms.
  • Take each ball and roll them in the desiccated coconut in the bowl, till they get completely coated. Ensure the coating is even for a perfect snowy appearance. It should get a snowy appearance
  • Keep these no bake snowball cookies with coconut in the fridge to set at least for an hour. Serve chilled for the best texture.

Notes

  •  Store the cookies in an airtight container in the fridge for nearly one week. And in the freezer for a month. Need to thaw them for a few minutes before serving.
