Instructions
First, combine 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, and 1 teaspoon sesame oil in a bowl and mix well.
Then add to the beef in it, and marinate it for nearly 20 minutes.
Then cook the noodles, according to the package instructions. Drain and set them aside
Boil water in the pot, and add the broccoli florets. Cook them for 2 - 3 minutes. Cook them till they become bright green and tender-crisp. Drain and set aside.
Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil on high heat. Add the marinated beef, and cook for 3 - 4 minutes, until it is browned and cooked. Remove and keep them aside from the pan.
Now, add another tablespoon of olive oil in the same pan. Add the blanched broccoli to the pan. Stir fry for nearly 2 minutes.
Further add the cooked beef back in the pan with the vegetables. Add the cooked noodles.
Now add the remaining 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, and hoisin sauce (if you like). Stir everything very well, to them to get evenly coated.
Add the cornstarch mixture prepared to the sauce for thickening. Then stir continuously until the sauce reaches the desired consistency.
If you like, drizzle more sesame oil and garnish the stir fry beef broccoli noodles with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Then serve hot.
Notes
It is better to thin the beef slices for tender and quick cooking.
For quick cooking, cook the noodles in advance. So that at cooking time you have to stir-fry.
Always stir fry on high heat to sear the beef and keep the vegetables crispy.
And never overfill the pan, as it will simmer, and not become crispy.
