- To make Chicken Rice Soup in Chinese Style, take a large pan and add vegetable oil on medium-high flame. Then add the onions and ginger-garlic and chili peppers and saute until fragrant comes. Then add chicken with salt and pepper and further cook for nearly 3 minutes. Further add the carrots, celery, and shredded cabbage. Let it cook till the vegetables become a little softer.
- Next add the chicken broth, rice, and bay leaves. On high flame let it come to a boil. Then get it down to medium-low flame and let it get cooked for nearly 30 minutes. Remove the bay leaves and dispose of them. Adjust the taste by adding salt, pepper, and chili flakes as necessary. Add soy sauce and let it get cooked for another 2 minutes. Add the spinach and cook for another 3 minutes. Finally, the Chinese Chicken and Rice Soup are ready to be served.

Easy Chinese Chicken And Rice Soup Recipe, How To Make Chicken Rice Soup
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup onion diced
- 2 tablespoon ginger grated
- 4 cloves garlic finely minced
- 1/4 teaspoons chili pepper optional
- 16 ounces 450 grams chicken breasts (chopped)
- 1 cup carrots diced
- 1 cup cabbage shredded
- 1 cup celery diced
- 1 cup white rice uncooked
- salt and pepper to taste
- 12 - 15 cups of chicken stock / chicken broth
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 3 whole bay leaves
- 2 cups spinach chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce optional

Instructions
- To make Chicken Rice Soup first take the large pan and add vegetable oil on medium high flame.
- Add the onions, ginger, garlic and chili peppers and saute till you get good aroma
- Add chicken with salt and pepper, nicely stir it, and cook for nearly 3 minutes.
- Then add carrots, celery and shredded cabbage, stir these vegetables and cook till the vegetables becomes little soft.
- Next pour the chicken stock / broth to the mixture and add the rice, soy sauce and bay leaves to it. Let this mixture come to a boil . Then on medium low flame let it get cooked for nearly 30 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Finally remove the bay leaves from mixture and dispose them. The taste can be adjusted by adding salt and pepper according to your taste. Add soy sauce and let this get cooked for 2 minutes
- Add the spinach and cook for another 3 minutes. Finally the Chicken Rice Soup in Chinese Style is ready to be served.
