Ingredients
- 2 lbs salmon fillet cut in to 6 parts
- 4 bunches 24 spears asparagus (woody ends removed)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper as required
- 1 small lemon sliced into rings for garnish
For Lemon Garlic Butter
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter softened
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice fresh
- 3 garlic cloves mashed or minced
- 2 tablespoons parsley freshly finely chopped
- 3 / 4 teaspoon salt as required
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
