How To Make Chicken Clear Soup In Indian Style
- To Make Simple Indian Chicken Soup at home, take the thick bottom pan or Kadai, add water with salt, peppercorns, and lemon juice. Then bring it to a boil and then add the chicken pieces. Cover it and let it get cooked till the chicken becomes very tender.
- Shred the chicken into small pieces and discard the chicken bones. Keep the shredded chicken and chicken stock separately.
- Now in the thick bottom pan or kadai, heat oil and fry the ginger and garlic for 1 minute. Now add the onions and fry till it becomes transparent. Next add the carrot, french beans, cabbage, and celery, and saute on a medium flame for 1- 2 minutes.
- Add the chicken stock with more salt, pepper, and lemon juice according to taste, and let it get cooked till the vegetable becomes tender. Now add the shredded chicken and let it get cooked for another 7 – 8 minutes.
- Garnish the easy Indian Style chicken clear soup with coriander leaves and serve this chicken soup hot.

Ingredients
For Chicken Stock
- 500 gms chicken with bones cut into pieces
- 4 cups water
- 6 peppercorns
- salt to taste
- 3 - 4 tablespoons lemon juice
For Chicken Soup
- 1 medium sized onion chopped
- 2 tablespoons ginger chopped
- 2 tablespoons garlic chopped
- 1 medium sized carrot chopped
- 1/2 cup cabbage chopped
- 1/2 cup celery chopped
- 1/2 cup french beans chopped
- salt pepper and lemon juice (according to taste)

HOW TO PREPARE CHICKEN STOCK / BROTH
- To Make Easy Indian Chicken Clear Soup, take the thick bottom pan or Kadai, add water with salt, lemon juice.
