- 3 garlic cloves (crushed)
- 1/2 tsp thyme dried
- 1/2 cup arborio rice or any white rice
- 8 cups chicken broth (homemade or readymade)
- 2 lemons (juiced)

- First, prepare the chicken broth, take the vegetable scraps like peels and ends of carrots, onions, and celery. Place them in a large pot or Dutch oven.
