- For Honey Garlic Roasted Carrots, first, preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Nicely grease the baking sheet with cooking spray and keep it aside. Next cut the carrots diagonally into 3 parts and keep them aside.

- 2 pounds l kg carrots (cut diagonally into 3 parts)
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt or as required
- fresh ground pepper or as required
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
- For Honey Garlic Butter Roasted Carrots, first preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
