- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 cups half and half
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup rice flour or all-purpose flour gluten-free
- 1 pound gnocchi
- 2 cups spinach chopped kale can be substituted
- salt & pepper according to taste
