- soy sauce (low sodium)
- sriracha (optional)

How to Make Baked Chicken Breast In Honey Garlic Sauce
- For baked chicken breast, preheat the oven to 400°F. Line up the baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Take the chicken breast pieces, cut them into halves horizontally to 4 flat pieces. Season them with salt and pepper. Take the beaten egg to a bowl. Transfer the panko breadcrumbs in the serving plate.
- Dip the chicken in the eggs and toss them to get well coated. Then dredge and coat them with the breadcrumbs and coat well. Place the coated chicken in the baking sheet and bake them for 15 – 20 minutes till they get golden brown.
- Till then prepare the honey garlic sauce. In the medium saucepan add honey, garlic, soy sauce, sriracha, and mix well. On medium-high heat place the medium saucepan. In a small bowl add the cornflour, mix it well with chicken broth / water and stir well. When this mixture comes to a boil, lower the heat. - 1/4 cup honey
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce low sodium
- 1 tablespoon sriracha optional
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup chicken broth / water

- Cut the chicken pieces consistently for proper baking.
