Is Mint Extract Better Than Peppermint Extract?
YES! There is a difference between both mint extract and peppermint extract. But both go well with chocolate. It depends on your choice.
- Mint extract is a combination of spearmint and peppermint. Whereas peppermint extract does not have any combination
- Mint extract has a mild flavor than peppermint and is refreshing. Peppermint has a strong flavor but is still refreshing.
- Both can be substituted for one another. I have tried both of these in my mint brownie recipe, my favorite is a mint extract.
