How To Make Hot Fudge Pudding Cake
- To make hot fudge cake pudding, first, preheat the oven to 350°F or 175°C. Grease the baking tray , keep it aside.
- For Cake: In a large mixing bowl mix together the dry ingredients like flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Then stir in melted butter, milk, and vanilla. Mix them well until well combined and smooth. Transfer them to the greased baking tray.
- For Hot Fudge Sauce: In another small bowl mix together the fudge sauce ingredients like sugar, brown sugar and cocoa powder. Mix it well and sprinkle it evenly over the cake top. Gently and evenly pour the hot boiling water over the cake top. DON'T MIX OR STIR. LET IT REST ON THE TOP!

- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine unsalted & melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/2 cup sugar white granulated
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 + 1/4 cups boiling water
