How To Prepare Roasted Cauliflower With Cheese Sauce
- To prepare baked cauliflower with cheese sauce, first, preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit / 180 degrees Celsius.
- Now cook the cauliflower florets in a large pot of boiling water with a little salt added to it. Cook for nearly 6 – 8 minutes till the florets become tender and not mashy. It should remain firm enough to bite. Drain the water and transfer the florets to the baking dish.
- Next, to prepare the cheese sauce, take a medium saucepan and melt butter on low heat. Add the garlic and stir fry for nearly 1 minute till good aroma is out. Then add flour, nicely mix it with the butter. Stir and cook the flour for nearly 2 – 3 minutes. Further, add the milk, and raise the heat to medium. Keep stirring it constantly for nearly 4 – 5 minutes, until the sauce becomes thick and can be pourable. If the sauce becomes too thick, little milk can be added and stirred. Add the grated parmesan cheese to this sauce with salt and pepper, stir well till the cheese gets melted in the sauce.
- Now pour the cheese sauce all over the cauliflower florets in the baking dish, and sprinkle it with shredded cheddar cheese all over. Finally bake this cauliflower with cheddar cheese and with parmesan cheese sauce, in the preheated oven for nearly 20 -25 minutes till the baked cauliflower is golden brown

Easy Roasted Cauliflower With Cheese Sauce and Garlic in Oven Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 large head cauliflower cut into florets
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 4 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- To Prepare roasted cauliflower with cheddar cheese sauce first preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit / 180 degrees Celsius
- Boil water in a large pot with litte salt added, add the cauliflower florets and cook till it becomes tender and not mashy. Then drain the water and transfer the florets to the baking dish by spreading them evenly.
- For cheese sauce, place the medium saucepan on low flame and pour the butter. Let this butter get melted. After butter is melted add the minced garlic and stir fry for a few seconds. Fry till a good aroma of the garlic comes out.
- Add the flour to this mixture, stir and mix it very well. Stir fry and cook for nearly 2 - 3 minutes. Then add milk and raise the flame to medium. Stir the milk with the cheese sauce mixture very well. Keep stirring this mixture regularly for nearly 4 - 5 minutes, till the sauce becomes thick and is pourable.
- Then add the grated parmesan cheese, with salt and pepper to the sauce. Stir it very well till the cheese gets melted.
- Further, pour the cheese sauce evenly all over the cauliflower florets placed in the baking dish. Sprinkle it with the shredded cheddar cheese all over.
- Finally bake the cheesy roasted cauliflower, in the preheated oven for nearly 20 -25 minutes till the cheesy roasted cauliflower with parmesan cheese gets golden brown

- while making cheese sauce, if the sauce becomes too thick you add little milk.
- if you want to add more cheese you can add.
- if any of the above cheeses are not available, you can use any cheese of your choice.
